Director of Entertainment | Build Regina's Music Venue From Zero
Regina, SK | $85K-$100K + Performance Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available
Non-Negotiables
- 7+ years booking touring acts for venues or festivals
- Active relationships with booking agents and promoters in Western Canada
- You've opened or repositioned a venue before
- You live and breathe ticket data, settlement sheets, and rider negotiations
If you don't have these four things, this isn't your role.
The Job
Book 100+ shows annually. Manage agent relationships. Build budgets. Lead production and artist relations teams. Own programming strategy and profitability.
You report to ownership. You have final say on booking decisions within budget parameters.
What Makes This Different
Ground floor. New venue opening Q2 2025. No legacy systems or politics. You build the programming identity, the industry relationships, and the reputation.
Ownership has hospitality and operations expertise but needs someone who knows the music business. They'll support your vision—not micromanage it.
